Zucchini Bread with Carrots and Cottage Cheese

Zucchini Bread with Carrots and Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

300 grams all-purpose flour
100 grams sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
150 grams vegetable oil
1 zucchini
1/2 carrot
100 grams cottage cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Peel and grate the zucchini and half of a carrot (feel free to add more carrots, I just used all I had in the fridge for the moment). Add cottage cheese and the wet ingredients.
3. Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
4. Mix the dry and wet indredients together.
5. Put the mixture into a greased pan and bake in the oven for 50 minutes.
6. Check if the zucchini bread is ready by sticking a toothpick into the middle of the bread. If it comes out clean the bread is ready.
7. Let it cool down in the pan before eating.
